Compensation request only after a minimum 10% loss relative to the initial balance
Loss compensation is deposited only on the 27th and 28th of each Gregorian month after review
Loss Compensation Protocol
Knowing that compensation changes their level, a trader can submit a loss compensation request via ticket at any time during the month. Assuming the trader understands that compensation will change their level, the compensation amounts are calculated after account review and deposited to the trader’s MondShield account on the 27th and 28th of each Gregorian month. Deposits outside these dates are not possible under any circumstances. Also note that you can submit a compensation request only once per stage. Submitting a compensation request means you accept the loss and are asking for help and a second chance. After submitting this request, if you are in stages one through three, you will be moved to the Rebuild stage; if you are already in Rebuild, you will be moved to the Second Life stage. This transfer comes with conditions designed to be more beneficial for you, giving you the chance to return to the path with stronger support. The trader can withdraw their own deposited funds at any time. The amount compensated by the broker and deposited to the person’s account is also withdrawable and tradable.
