As expected, the Dow Jones index continued its movement within a range and is anticipated to break out of this range either this week or the next.
- Main Scenario: Similar to last week’s analysis, it is expected that the index will break below the 42,234 level. If this scenario materializes, the next targets for the index will be 41,678 and 39,979.
- Alternative Scenario: If the index reverses upward and breaks and consolidates above the 43,468 resistance, it could easily move towards the 44,605 range.
Dow Jones Analysis (4-Hour Time Frame)
- Main Scenario: If the index surpasses the 43,001 resistance, it could move towards the 43,468–43,743 range.
- Alternative Scenario: If the above scenario does not occur and the index reverses downward, it is expected to test the 42,234 support, followed by the 41,678 range.
Dow Jones Analysis (15-Minute Time Frame)
- Main Scenario: If the index breaks and consolidates above the 42,841 level, the initial targets will be 43,001 and then 43,468.
- Alternative Scenario: If the main scenario does not occur, the index could decline to the 42,483 level, and subsequently to the 42,234 range.
